I heart the dentist.

Maybe it's the bright florescent lights, the gritty toothpaste, the sharp metal picks scraping against my teeth...
or maybe it's the fact that I get to recline in a soft chair with my eyes closed while my boys are happily playing at home with Daddy. Either way, it makes me happy.

I LOVE THE DENTIST!!!! THE FEELING OF CLEAN TEETH, AND THE DENTIST SAYING, "WOW YOU KEEP YOUR TEETH CLEAN." A+! :) WE ARE THE SAME.

I have had to go to the dentist A LOT in my life because I fell out of a swing when I was seven. I never really minded the dentist...until recently. The older I get the more I don't like it. Which I guess is fine since I don't have to go as often as I used to.

It may or may not have to do with all the money that has been put into my smile and think it should LOOK like a million bucks...but doesn't. I'm not saying I have a bad smile...just doesn't look like what I paid for it. Bitter? Maybe.

Although, I do still love lying in the comfy chair with my eyes closed. Maybe I'll try to focus on that good aspect in the future.

I saw the title of your post and I thought "Crazy?" And after reading your post I must say "YES"! I hate the dentist! Then again...you probably have perfect teeth and have never had a filling where you've been given a shot to numb your mouth that supposed to only feel like a mosquito bite. Or told you to go see a periodontist who then inflicts more pain.

If you haven't had any of that done then maybe...just maybe I can see someone liking the dentist. (still not sure about *hearting* the dentist though). :D

You are seriously sick if you like the dentist! Although a little R&R for 1 whole hour is something to love.

I like having clean teeth...but I don't like the scraping and poking and prodding.

And how the nurse tries to have in-depth conversations with you while your mouth is half numb and full of utensils. That always makes me laugh!
