3rd Annual HH Howl

Like most of you, October is probably my favorite month of the year.  So after Bug was born, we adopted my sister's tradition of throwing a Halloween Party made up of costumes, soup, and spooky snacks. After skipping a year last year due to limited space and a packed schedule, we resumed our traditional party this year in full spirits...collaborating costumes and all.

One Fabric

I have the tendency to spot a piece of fabric and feel like I NEED it, although at the time I have no idea what I am buying it for.  This project was inspired by one of those "needs".  See that cream floral fabric used for the cowboy boot below?  For some reason I just couldn't pass it up, and here is the result:

While Danielle was visiting we whipped these baby girl outfits up.  Doesn't Anndi look adorable?

Martin's Hillside Orchard

We took a trip with Bug's preschool group to play and pick some apples at an orchard we went to last year for raspberries.  The weather was perfect...and I am dreadfully keeping my fingers crossed that we will be able to play comfortably outside at least for a couple of weeks longer.

Roca Berry Farms- Year Two

The boys and I enjoyed a beautiful Fall morning at our favorite pumpkin patch with a group of friends in our new ward. Bug's said the life-sized Candy Land game was his favorite. Bear liked it ALL. My favorite was the tractor ride down to the pumpkin patch and the fact that Bear posed for a picture in this:

Game Day

(Roxanne, do you recognize Jackson's old sweatshirt, now adorned with a Husker "N"?)  Sweet.
