Snow!

It snowed about 6 inches here and the kids enjoyed playing their "army survivor" game.  They also got to go sledding with their friends.

Christmas

This was our first Christmas without family. Bond started the celebrations off with two very badly sprained ankles as a result of church basketball.  It is now a month and a half after the fact and they are just now starting to feel somewhat normal again.

On Christmas Eve, we had some families and the missionaries from our ward over for dinner and a nativity "rendition".

We got to Skype with Bond's little brother who is serving a mission in Madrid and currently assigned to the Canary Islands.

My mom has always been in charge of the veggie tray at our Christmas Eve party, this was my attempt to fill in for her absence while she and my dad are missionaries in Salt Lake City.

Bug had his first acting opportunity as Max the dog in the Grinch production.  He loved it and is asking when he can hit the stage again.
