Bond's family came to visit us for their Fall Break. We were so happy they were able to come out, even for a short weekend.
Bug and Uncle Sam created this awesome car together.
Pops surprised the boys with a couple of very cool retired Lego sets, which they of course were THRILLED about.
On Saturday morning, Bond had his brother's and a young man from our ward, out working with him on one of the strawberry fields. There are rows and rows of black plastic that has to be pulled up before we can get animals on them. They have been finding lots of "exciting" creatures in the process, including a snake and black widows.
The kids helped bring water and muffins out to the farmhands.
After they got cleaned up we headed out for our new favorite Mexican restaurant where Grayson ordered a burrito the size and weight of a newborn. (This picture doesn't do it justice.)
Then we headed over to campus for a tour and visit to Bond's office and classrooms.
That night we went got ice cream downtown soda shop.
Sunday we celebrated Pop's Birthday.
Uncle Sam and Belle ready for church.
Belle refused to take a nap before church due to all of the excitement and promptly passed out two seconds after church.
That night we ate popcorn and watched Mormon messages (our new Sunday night tradition, thanks to my sister and her family).
